Make a reservation
To make the reservation, simply enter the dates chosen on the homepage and the available properties will appear (a red notification means that none of the properties are available). Select the one that suits you and press reserve and send your request. You will receive an email including your welcome document and the procedure for the reservation deposit (50% payable the same day). We will take care of finalizing the booking and send you the billing details. Your reservation will be confirmed only when the booking deposit will be received.
During a payment, you will receive your updated invoice (maximum 24 hours), and you can view it online by clicking on "view invoice". 3 payment options are available:
1-AccesD Bank Transfer: Log on to your Desjardins Access portal, and enter Equinox Chalets as a new invoice to pay. Enter the amount corresponding to the balance of your booking, as well as your invoice number starting with F (without dashes).
2-Interac e-Transfer: Log on to the online portal of your financial institution, and select send funds by interac credit transfer. Enter the amount corresponding to the balance of your reservation, as well as the recipient's email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Choose the following word as an answer to the security question: equinox.
3-Credit Card: In your confirmation email, select View and Pay. Enter the amount corresponding to the balance of your reservation. Note that a transaction fee of 2.5% of the total amount will be deducted from the refund of the security deposit.
Balance of reservation
The balance of reservation will be payable only 14 days before your arrival. We will send you a reminder 14 days before your arrival.
Note that the security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of your departure, by transfer to the email address provided.
You can cancel without charge up to 30 days before your arrival. From 30 to 14 days, the booking deposit is no longer refundable. 14 days before your arrival, the reservation becomes 100% payable.
We are happy to finally offer you the arrival from 4pm (usually 5pm) and departure at 10am. We are fortunate to have an extraordinary and dedicated maintenance team who take care of preparing each property with care. They have a fixed routine that unfortunately does not allow us to arrive earlier than 4pm or late departures.
Entry on site is by code. The keypad is located on the main door of the house and will correspond to the last 4 digits of your telephone number, which is registered under your name on your invoice sent in your confirmation email.
The address of the rented property is also on this invoice. You can enter it directly into a GPS or simply search with the name of your rented property (Chalets: Héméra, Métis, Iko, Equinox), directly on google.
For reasons of allergies, no animals are allowed in the properties under any circumstances (including hypoallergenic animals).
